Milford Road

This large beachside home had been through two or more partial renovations that never worked together as a whole. The layout lacked clarity, flow and a single architectural vision.

Working closely with an architect and engineer, we guided the redesign and rebuild around a busy, active family. Every space was reconsidered and planned around how the family lives in and uses the home.

The brief was a house that felt light, open and easy to live in, with a strong indoor-outdoor connection. We coordinated the design and the build to deliver that brief.

The finished home has strong indoor-outdoor flow, with spaces that work for everyday family life by the beach.
